Thesis Presenation
thorns of peace
Thorns of Peace is a visual metaphor exploring the consequences of continuous abuse. Peace is often perceived as gentle, fragile, and endlessly forgiving like a feather. But when it is repeatedly violated, exploited, or taken for granted, it begins to change. What was once soft becomes sharp. What was once passive learns to defend itself.
The thorns emerging from the feather reveal a difficult truth: even peace has limits. When pushed too far, it hardens, resists, and ultimately strikes back.
This poster reflects the aftermath of prolonged harm, a reminder that peace must be respected, nurtured, and protected, or it will no longer remain harmless.
