Wesam Haddad is Conceptualizer, Strategic Creative Director, Art Director, and Graphic/Social/Sustainable Designer. Wesam is currently an Adjunct Professor at New Jersey City University and the Creative Director/Founder of Poster Stellars "Intercontinental Poster Competition" - USA.

Haddad has a B.F.A. Degree in Design and Applied Arts - Graphics Design major from Yamoruk University - Jordan and an M.F.A. Degree in Communications Design from Pratt Institute - New York.
Haddad has 25 years of experience in the advertising and design industry where he worked with many worldwide agencies such as SAATCHI & SAATCHI, TEAM Y&R, Publicis Graphics, and M&C SAATCHI.
Moreover, Haddad is a Social Poster Designer and international (Curator, Jury, Lecturer, Speaker, Awards Winner, and Exhibitor). He has won more than 100 global awards in the USA, UK, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Poland, Belgium, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Ecuador, Mexico, Egypt, and Jordan.
Haddad is an invited Jury, Speaker, Lecturer, and Critic at many institutions such as Reece Museum, East Tennessee State University, Temple University, San Jose State University, Pratt Institute, Pradita University-Indonesia, Asia Creative Design Award-China, IdcN Nagoya-Japan, A' Design Award-Italy, Graphis NY-USA, 18 BICM Décima Octava Bienal Internacional Del Cartel En México-MEXICO, 2024 Taiwan International Student Design Competition, and the 6th Emirates International Poster Festival (EIPF) 2024.
His work has been, awarded, exhibited, published, and featured in many renowned newspapers, design annuals, magazines, exhibitions, competitions, and books. To name a few: Cannes Lions, ArtPrize, Graphis, A' Design Award, Milton Glaser Design Study Center and Archives, Marquis Who's Who 2023. Including the book “The Design of Dissent, Extended Edition: Greed, Nationalism, Alternative Facts, and the Resistance” by Milton Glaser, Mirko Ilic, Tony Kushner, and Steven Heller.
Haddad's projects reflect his profound philosophy that Simplicity is the highest level of complexity; Complexity is the highest level of simplicity. Haddad’s universal visuals concerning the environment and social issues evoke an everlasting siren that touches every human no matter their ethical/cultural background.
